Okay, I really have a bad habit of impulse buying. It seems that most of the time that I walk into a retail outlet, I end up getting something that I never really intended of purchasing in the first place.

It also seems, that from my last post that no one was offering to buy me anything from that list. So I decided to get me the first item on that list. Friends, I introduce to you my new baby...

Windows on a Mac? What The EFFF?!

Okay, now I'm $3200 poorer. But buyers remorse hasn't hit me yet, but give it time. It's still the honeymoon phase so at the moment im just in a perpetual state of enamour.

I love this bloody thing, it's so nice... so shiny. It feels so good on my lap - the plastic/metal finish just feels so good, I just wanna rub it up and down my leg. LOL. It is by far the most (literally) coolest computer I've ever encountered. It's never scorchingly hot, it's just... warm. And whisper-quiet to boot too. Most importantly, it's incredibly powerful. I've thrown at it many apps, Adobe CS2, macromedia suite, final cut, after effects and it's just played them all like it was nothing. Amazing. Even weirder was Windows, it does windows better than my mums Win PC laptop.

Oh and I finally have some sort of broadband. It's through Unwired but it is rather shit, speeds are up and down and never consistent. But it will do, I guess. However, those bandwidth intensive porn downloads and sites would have to be sacrified for a little bit. Thank God I'm only in this house temporarily... Would hate to have to resort to fantasy. Need. Visual. Stimulation.

Anyways, it looks like it's all settled down over in my end. The house looks tidy enough for people to actually come visit and stuff so yeah. I'll post pics up as soon as my phone gets recharged. I'll be back soon...
