Okay, I just got back from watching one of the most funniest films I've seen all year - if not, my whole life. Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan has got to be one of the most cleverly created films that I've seen in a while. I don't want to give out much of the movie, but it basically tells of Borats travel around the United States in what was primarily a documentary for Kazakhstani television. He then goes out to find his 'true love' and with hilarious consequences.
Sacha Baron Cohen has got to be one of the most bravest men I have seen in my entire life. To put himself in such situations (that he gets into) in this film for me is just plain lunacy. Yet, he pulls it off like it's nothing. I guess playing a character helps, but still, crazy!
This film is not LOL funny, rather it is OMFG ROFL LMAO OMG AHHAHAHAAHA kekeke (^_^) funny. I found myself in tears quite a lot.
Watch it, dag nammit! Four and a half stars from me
