Day one was major camera whoring day. I've been given a total literally of HUNDREDS of photos just for the first day. We had access to four cameras, so if one camera ran out of memory or battery the next camera was ready for use LOL.
We made our way out to Waikiki beach right infront of the the Royal Hawaiian just right before the sun went down. Ron and Lucy went for a swim, but I was too chicken. It's probably because of that incident where I nearly drowned back in elementary school LOL. But I ended up putting my legs in the water and cupped the water with my hands to wet my hair LOL. The water felt awesome because it was so warm, I reckon it was a good 22 degrees celsius or probably even more.
After that the camera whoring began, led by Lucy and Ron. I ended up joining the fun, getting some shots of me along the way. I took a lot of shots, a lot of the shots I took I'm really proud of. Just take a look of that one with Ron and Lucy by the sunset. I took that. Good shot ay? Going straight into my portfolio, that one :-)
We ended up going back to the pool in our hotel, again the water was naturally warm. This time I actually swam in the thing, with the aid of some floaties of course LOL. Overall, I remember saying to the guys that I gave the day two thumbs up - despite me having about 30 mins of sleep that day. Loved it.
